Internships

Experience that turns
learning into proof.

Rubicorn internships are project-based, mentor-led and built around work teams actually ship. Choose a track, build something real, and leave with a portfolio and a clearer career direction.

How it works

A short path from application to showcase

You should always know what is expected this week, what good looks like, and what happens next.

01

Apply

Share your track, current skills and availability through the contact form.

02

Match

A short conversation confirms the right track, cohort and project scope.

03

Build

Work through guided tasks and a real project brief with weekly milestones.

04

Review

Get 1:1 feedback, code review notes and a clearer view of what to improve.

05

Showcase

Package the work as a portfolio case study and practise telling the story.

What you leave with

A project, evidence and a better next step

The goal is not another certificate in a folder. It is proof you can do useful work — and the language to explain it.

Outcomes you can take into an interview

A completed internship should make your next conversation easier, not just add a line to your resume.

  • A shipped project with a clear problem, process and result
  • Code or analysis review notes from a working mentor
  • A portfolio-ready case study and project walkthrough
  • A certificate of completion for finished milestones
  • A stronger answer to “tell me about something you built”

Who this is for

We work with students and early-career developers who want structure, feedback and a real brief — not a playlist of tutorials.

  • 2nd, 3rd or final-year students in a relevant programme
  • Recent graduates building a portfolio
  • Career switchers with foundational technical skills
  • 10–15 hours a week for the length of the track

Questions

Before you apply

A few practical answers. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Is the internship remote?

Most internship work is remote, with hybrid options in Madanapalle where available. You will need a reliable internet connection and a laptop that can run the tools for your track.

Do I need prior work experience?

No professional experience is required for the beginner-friendly tracks. Basic programming familiarity helps for the technical projects, and the application conversation is used to confirm the right starting point.

Can I complete the internship alongside college?

Yes. The programme is designed for roughly 10–15 hours a week over 8–12 weeks. If you are in your final year, tell us your exam and project schedule so we can plan the milestones sensibly.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Interns who complete the project and review milestones receive a certificate of completion. The more valuable outcome is the project evidence and feedback you can show in an interview.

How do I apply?

Use the contact form on the home page, choose Internships as your interest and mention the track you want. Our team will reply with current cohort details and the next step.

Ready to build something you can show?

Tell us which track interests you and what you have worked on so far. We will help you choose a direction and explain the current cohort.
